EarthKeepers School for Children:
The Native American path for our future leaders.
EarthKeepers School for Children offers children ages 8-15 the opportunity to learn the foundations of Native American leadership to help cultivate servant leaders for the prosperity of generations to come. Traditional Native American leadership is rooted in many practices of ceremony and spiritualism. This is a path that focuses on unity with mind, body, and spirit, while cultivating peace and harmony within the community and Mother Earth. For example, among the Lakota people, leaders were chosen based on qualities such as respect, humility, bravery and helping others, and no one person was considered greater than another.
EarthKeepers School is based on the Native American Leadership Model, developed by Monte Lee Randall, EdD (Muscogee Creek) -president of College of the Muscogee Nation. To learn more about the model, please read this article.
Foundations of Native American Leadership:
Character
Identifying Purpose
Community
Excellence
In Native American culture, we associate colors, directions, and seasons with the wheel of life.
White Winter: Character (Mind) + North
Yellow Spring: Identifying Purpose (Spirit) + East
Red Summer: Community (Emotion) + South
Black Fall: Excellence (Body) + West
EarthKeepers School curriculum will follow the seasons and we will start with Character Development.
Our creator has gifted every one of us with a unique purpose, and EarthKeepers School will encourage and empower your child to discover their divine purpose and how to cultivate it for service in the world.
Why now?
As a Native American Healer, I have been called to empower my community to recover their God-given right to live sovereign, happy, and peaceful lives on their terms. We were designed to exist in harmony with one another, to be stewards of the earth, to celebrate our differences, and to co-create from a place of unity consciousness. Our children need us to unite in love. They need us to recognize that we are all expressions of God and that there is no separation, only love.
What will my child learn?
Your child will learn how to build a character of integrity and how to lead from the heart. They will learn how to be co-leaders and to collectively solve problems. They will learn about ancient Native American spirituality and ceremonies and how to speak with nature and animals. They will learn how to be confident, humble, patient, generous, and convicted in their purpose. They will learn how to be a source of light and inspiration for the world.
